Jun Katsura has previously served as Executive Director of Oncology Business Unit Head at AstraZeneca Japan and Merck Serono Japan for a total of 15 years.
He also worked 3 years in marketing at AstraZeneca’s global headquarters, where he was the Global Commercial Head for two oncology drugs.
Katsura is one of the very few Japanese people who have worked as a senior manager in the global headquarters of a foreign-owned pharmaceutical company.
Through this experience, he possesses broad human networks in the healthcare field in not only Japan but also Europe, Israel, the United States, and China, as well as high-quality marketing capabilities.
