He worked at JAFCO, he experienced the practical operations of domestic and overseas funds managed by the company, and was in charge of almost all accounting operations of listed companies, including Jafco’s own accounting, closing of accounts, and taxation. In addition, in the company’s research
department, he reviewed DD for approximately 200 investment targets, and in the human resources department, he hired capitalists and developed training and compensation systems. He was also seconded to the IPO/PO Underwriting Department of Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., where he provided consulting services to potential listing candidates.
